*Yoga
Sore neck? Back? Hamstrings? High stress levels? Try yoga. We have a yoga teacher in the neighborhood that is willing to share the gift of yoga with anyone that is wanting to try it out. She teaches small groups (she used to teach the RS/Young Women in her last ward), kids, and individuals. She also teaches regular classes at localYOGA in Murray (http://www.localyogaslc.com/). Contact Brandy Wilkins 801-319-8470 (cell - so you can call/text), or brandycarolyn@gmail.com for more information.

She teaches:
- Hatha Yoga (Typical yoga that you will see performed at a gym/etc. - great for beginners and up - good "workout" yoga)
- Vinyasa Flow (Vinyasa-style yoga combines a series of flowing postures with rhythmic breathing for an intense body-mind workout - includes "Ashtanga" style and "Power Flow" - great for beginners and up - good "workout" yoga)
- Anusara (a little more advanced and technical than a basic flow, great for beginners and up - good "work out" yoga)
- DEEP flow/DEEP power (kind of my own "blend" of class - what I typically teach in my regular studio classes - very Iyengar/Anusara/Vinyasa-based - more slow motion, focused on transitions between poses and proper alignment, poses are held for longer periods of time while subtle alignments are made within the posture to improve the alignment and deepen the stretch - great for beginners and up)
- Restorative (very relaxing, poses are held for longer period of time, but completely supported, so muscular strength is not required to hold the pose - great for beginners, minimal fitness level safe, also great for injury recovery/passively realigning stretching the body)
- Thai Yoga Massage (mixture of yoga stretching with Thai Massage, very similar to restorative, but more hands-on adjustment and alignment)
- Kid Yoga (yoga for families/kids - I've taught kid yoga for the past 1.5 years on a volunteer basis... also can teach families - fun family night activity)
