*Self Defense Classes
United Studio of Self Defense's head martial arts instructor, Troy, will be in the neighborhood on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting mid Janurary to train Christi and Cameron Hortin. There is no travel fee so if you would like to book him as well he has 11:00 and 11:30 open on both of those days. He is absolutely amazing i'm only 5'2" and on one of my first lessons he taught me how to flip my 6'4" tall husband. What was so surprising is how easy it was, when using proper technique. You can contact Troy at 801-373-4844 if you are interested, make sure you tell him you are in our same neighborhood, because they usually don't do this for students. The website is www.ussd.com

My daughter is at the Dental Clinic in Orem for Dental Hygiene and needs patients to work on. *Lawn Aeration Services!
My sister-in-laws father does lawn aeration that doesn't leave those "terd" residues on the lawn. His machine is unique that it picks up all the plugs. Aeration is perfect for the fall, especially in our clay-packed soil to get the nutrients and water to absorb better.
If you'd like a clean-cut and trustworthy person, he could sure use the business and he does the best job. It will be cheaper if he can do multiple houses at one time. Give Rob Johanson a call at: 801-638-4113
