*Nutrition class *Correction For Tonight*

Due to clubhouse double booking error this week Becky is combining this week and next weeks nutrition class on Thursday Nov. 17th.
But she is offering a class in her home tonight on ASEA. Quoting Becky; It is the product that brought me back to life.  We will go into the science behind it so that you can understand more about it. ASEA is not like anything you have ever seen before. I will keep the meeting to an hour. I have only invited a limited number of guests.  Please let me know if you can come or not.

Announcements and Requests:

*The Grand Opening for Meg Ford's in-home Hair Salon has begun and has been extended for another week because of the huge response!  Don't miss out on your $5 haircut!
I will be kicking off my salon opening with a killer deal!  From Nov 7th through Nov 19th all haircuts will be just $5!!!  I will also be giving away great prizes like:  Pureology hair Products, a free haircut and a free partial weave!

*Self Defense Classes
United Studio of Self Defense's head martial arts instructor, Troy,  will be in the neighborhood on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting mid Janurary to train Christi and Cameron Hortin.  There is no travel fee so if you would like to book him as well he has 11:00 and 11:30 open on both of those days.  He is absolutely amazing i'm only 5'2"  and on one of my first lessons he taught me how to flip my 6'4" tall husband.  What was so surprising is how easy it was, when using proper technique.  You can contact Troy at 801-373-4844 if you are interested, make sure you tell him you are in our same neighborhood, because they usually don't do this for students.  The website is www.ussd.com

*Have your teeth checked and cleaned with Ruth Buckmiller's daughter Lindsay!
My daughter is at the Dental Clinic in Orem for Dental Hygiene and needs patients to work on.   If you are interested in doing this or have friends or family who could use some good quality teeth cleaning and assessment for the amazing price of $10 ea. please give my daughter, Lindsay, a call at 801-953-7415 to set up an appointment.
She needs someone Wednesday and Thursday next week and all of November.

*Ivory Club Announcement!
Approximately 25 people expressed interest in extending clubhouse hours to 5:00AM, Monday - Friday.  Thank you for your support!   Ivory Clubhouse Management is reviewing the possibility.  Stay tuned for updates...  If you didn't have a chance to voice interest, please email Danielle Bowcut at danielle.bowcut@gmail.com.

*Do you have a 9/16 in drill bit?

*Lawn Aeration Services!
My sister-in-laws father does lawn aeration that doesn't leave those "terd" residues on the lawn.   His machine is unique that it picks up all the plugs.  Aeration is perfect for the fall, especially in our clay-packed soil to get the nutrients and water to absorb better. 
If you'd like a clean-cut and trustworthy person, he could sure use the business and he does the best job.  It will be cheaper if he can do multiple houses at one time.  Give Rob Johanson a call at:  801-638-4113

*Holliday Greeting Cards
